Naruto’s really seen some stuff in this little AU. I mean, does the suffering ever end for our gutsy shinobi? To have nothing, be treated like you’re nothing, only to gain something. A sweet taste of what others take for granted. Then suddenly you have nothing again. Nothing but heartache and a memento of what could have been. It really is a sad turn of events for Naruto. But maybe things will look up? He finally decided to go training with Jiraiya, but only if Konohamaru could come with him. Konohamaru has also experienced loss. But through both of them being ripped to shreds by the world, they learn to bond and use eachother as the rock they need. A bond closer than friends will grow. A bond like brothers. But they’re not the only brothers in the world. There’s at least one brother who has lost something, and I am hoping to see what becomes of him. But first…
