What if The Thousand Year Door's Partners & Bosses Were Spirits in Smash Bros. Ultimate?
753What if all of Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door's partners and bosses were spirits in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate? Lets find out with these fan made spirit battles! I didn't include the boss of chapter 7 since its Magnus Von Grapple again and Rawk Hawk isn't the main boss of chapter 3 but I decided to go with him instead of Macho Grubba since Rawk Hawk's battle was way more memorable and iconic in my opinion. Here's the info for all battles:
Chapter 1:
Ridley as Hooktail
Squirtle as Koops
- Ridley starts off giant here and various battle items appear here (Pow blocks, fire flowers etc) and green and blue shells to represent Koops's attacks, speaking of Koops, he starts off with a green shell.
Chapter 2:
Ludwig VON Koopa as Magnus VON Grapple (See what I did there?)
Bayonetta as Flurrie
- Standard items, Mr.Saturns as Punis and Ludwig starts off giant and with a drill item (To represent Magnus' arm rock attack). Gust bellows also appear here to represent Flurries' wind attacks.
Chapter 3:
Falco as Rawk Hawk
Yoshi as Mini-Yoshi
- Standard items, Yoshi here grabbed the smash ball to preform his final smash - a move similar to Mini-Yoshi's stampede move in TTYD.
Chapter 4:
Kirby as Doopliss
Ness as Vivian
- Kirby's inhale can work as a Doopliss' illusion powers, many fire type items appear here to represent Vivian's fire attacks.
Chapter 5:
King K. Rool as Cortez
Kirby as Admiral Bobbery
- Kirby starts of the battle with a bob-omb and K. Rool with a killing edge (Since Cortez has swords), many explosive type items appear here to represent Bobbery's explosion attacks.
Chapter 6:
6 Kirbys as Smorg
Pichu as Ms.Mowz
- 2 vs 6, each Kirby has low health so they aren't too hard to take out like individual Smorgs, the Mario's golden hammer can help take them out.
Final Chapter:
Peach as Shadow Queen
Jigglypuff as Goombella
- Peach starts of with Death's Scythe to represent Shadow Queen's darkness, no itens here just a regular battle. Peach's health is extremely high here.
