769What if all of Paper Mario 64's partners and bosses were spirits in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate? Lets find out with these fan made spirit battles! Here's the info for all battles:
Each battle has Paper Mario like items (Pow Blocks, Shells, Fire Flowers etc) though some battles have extra items to better fit the battle's theme.
Chapter 1:
ROB as Robot Bowser and Squrtles as the Koopa Bros.
Kirby as Bombette
- There are 2 parts of the battle, the first vs. Robot Bowser and the 2nd vs. the Koopa Bros. ROB starts off giant, Kirby starts off with a bob omb to represent Bombette's bomb powers and all of the Squrtles start off with Koopa Shells, bomb items also appear here.
Chapter 2:
Yoshi as Tutan Koopa
Squrtle as Parakarry
Kirby as Chain Chomp
- Yoshi starts off with a shell since Tutan Koopa tosses out Buzzy Beetle shells and Squrtle starts off with a Super Leaf so he can fly like Parakarry. Tutan's Chain Chomp is also featured here as Kirby.
Chapter 3:
Bowser as Tubba Blubba
Kirby as Tubba's Heart
Jigglypuff as Bow
- Jigglypuff starts off with Lip's Stick (Which is supose to be Bow's fan) and Bowser starts off with less HP, since Tubba's heart has more HP then him. Food items also appear here to represent Tubba's hunger for Boos.
Chapter 4:
Ludwig Von Koopa as General Guy
Shy Guy Miis as Shy Guys
Pichu as Watt
- Lightning Bolts (To represent Watt's electric attacks) and Hotheads (Which look similar to Watt) appear in this match and Ludwig starts off with a Back Shield and a Ray Gun, to represent General Guy blocking attacks by hiding in his toy tank and the lightning attacks his tank shoots at Mario.
Chapter 5:
Piranha Plant as Lava Piranha
Greninja as Sushie
- The main Lava Piranha starts off giant and under the effects of Superspicy Curry, fire items also appear here.
Chapter 6:
King Dedede and Huff n Puff
Kirbys as Ruff Puff
Iggy as Lakilester
- Pretty standard battle but lightning bolts do appear here to represent Huff n Puff's electric attacks.
Chapter 7:
Ice Climbers as Crystal King
Squrtle as Kooper
- Freezies appear here as well as Koopa Shells and Blue Shells to represent Kooper's shell attacks.
Chapter 8:
Bowser as Bowser
Jigglypuff as Goombario
- The final battle, Bowser starts off giant and with a Star Rod (Like in Paper Mario), the final smash metor is enabled in this battle and Bowser has 500 HP.
