Depression affects everyone differently, but some of the common things are you stop taking enjoyment from the things that brought you joy and you lose the motivation to do important stuff. My case isn't as severe others I've seen but it is still something I deal with all the time. Around the Holidays it gets pretty bad. Part of the reason I made this is for my own benefit and also to let you know what's going on with the channel. I haven't stopped making videos. It is just going to take me some time. No, I won't take meds for this...that would make it worse.
