What is Limiteds 2.0? It is the new system for the Limiteds. It will allow UGC creators to upload Limiteds of their own creations. When it is on sale. It will have a set quantity. Depending on when you buy it. It will have a unique serial number with it.
Even if the Limited doesn't sell out. You can still buy multiple copies of it. To sell it, you must wait for the holding period to finish. Which can take up to 30 days in total. Even if the UGC did not sell out. If the holding period gets lifted you can still sell it above the original price with it still being offered.
Limiteds 2.0 is not tradeable.
Holding is the attempt to remove the problem of an UGC creator uploading and selling something against ToS or copyrighted. It's so Roblox can give refunds to everyone who bought it and remove it before you can sell it.
Is it Worth it? This question will up to many factors but one will be if you're struggling with robux already. This is not a quick way to make robux. There is a lot of waiting time if you can barely afford the item. Holding time + selling = Pending Robux which is 1 extra week to get your robux back.
