A guide that explains what is the new Oculus App Lab introduced alongside Quest update version 25, how to use it to get and install Oculus Quest/Quest 2 apps without sideloading to your headset.

It can be done using version 23 as well (tested). You can do this on both SideQuest (which pops up a window to the Oculus Store) and the official Oculus Store website directly. I also share all the available games and apps that are available right now through Oculus App Lab (as of the time making this video).

There are both free games and apps as well among others. This means there is no need for Sideloading apps using apk files. A single tap on a link will allow you to have the app available to download (not downloaded automatically) in your app section on your headset. Just tap to start installing it.
