In the wake of Logan Paul taking a break, only to come back bigger than ever, only to be demonetized, youtube has put out a new creator blog post that reads very differently than the last one targeted at dropping monetization for the smaller channels that make up most of the platforms creator community. This letter shows they may actually be willing to hurt big youtubers who damage the platform for the rest of the community and this could be a big shift.
