We kick things off with some morning shopping in the beautiful town of Tam Coc, before grabbing lunch at Chookies Beer Garden—where things get interesting when my egg literally explodes 💥 (and yes, we waited over an hour for tofu on bread 😅 ).
After that, we head back out to explore more of Tam Coc’s charming streets, before settling into a chilled afternoon at Brick Coffee, where we tried the famous egg chocolate—a unique Vietnamese treat you have to see to believe.
Finally, it's time to collect our bags and head to the sleeper bus for our overnight journey to Hue. But the big question is... can you actually sleep on a sleeper bus in Vietnam? Or is it a total nightmare?
