Binary Domain was probably destined to be a one-and-done type game, which is a shame because the foundation that it laid down is something that I could easily see built upon with a couple of sequels, but as it is, it’s a game that is still a lot of fun to play and has aged surprisingly well considering how saturated the genre of which it is apart has become.

It’s a classic case of execution over innovation, and for those who appreciated that about it back then and even today, it’s pretty clear that Binary Domain is still one hell of a game.
