Squadron 42 is the focus of a case between CryTek and CIG. Recently CryTek have moved to dismiss their case. However, things remain entirely unclear on the situation with Squadron 42, two questions in particular are relevant to gamers; when Squadron 42 will release and how it will release. This video is my thoughts and opinion on the case and situation as I understand it. I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal opinion.
