0UPDATE: Turns out it was a grass bagworm. I relocated her to the country more instead of my neighborhood because she would have been killed and her thousand babies would be dead. Just because she's different didn't mean she was suppose to be killed. I was her hero.
Found in backyard garden by family and so I recorded it since I've never heard seen or heard of this before! It's like a catapilar with stick armor.
