Seriously Blizzard is buffing/nerfing Dva too much now. They gave her the armor buff at first that brought her to 600HP, which i dont really thought was really necessary but sure. People started saying she was OP and now they nerfed her and she is even worse than before her buff. Then whats the point of giving her that buff? Isnt PTR there to iron these things out before they get deployed? Anyway, now the roadhog hook went from broken to overpowered and they are buffing Dva's defense matrix.. I dont know anymore.. I guess you could call this a little rant :)
