To do:

Build Trample Steam first
Get at least 2-4 perks before round 5 and you will get perma perk (31:33-31:48).
My perks were Juggernog(Health), Double Tap(Double Shots) and Speed Cola(Fast Reload).

What not to do:

Crawler rounds between level 5-7. After that, they show up every 4 rounds. Do not shoot them.
Use only Trample Steam, knife, grenades, or claymores

Its not fun playing alone :( Up to Level 16

Trying to beat my record, 51, I wanna go for level 55.
