I really like the name siege the day, and i hope it's not the best part of this impending indie game release. Beggles here again with another quick what you should know video, if you like the series, subscribe to the channel.
So what is this game? it's a real time multiplayer game in which you need to create and defend your own little castle, all the whilst trying to siege and take out someone elses. I'm not sure why but I kind of get mobile multiplayer vibes when watching some of this footage, and perhaps that just the UI.
In siege the day you can expect a really simplified castle creation tool which takes out a lot of the complexity of city building, and focus your energy on aspects such as siege equipment, and particularly where are you going to put all those cannons! Ice canons, fire catapults, there's lots to work with here! I'm curious to see how the magic spells and special attacks work in what will be a very frantic online battle.
Siege the day is hitting your steam store on September the 20th, so you don't have long to wait, and it's a quiet day in terms of releases so i'll be interested to see how this one goes in the sales charts.
