Winter is Coming ponders if Wheel of Time could have been a better show if it was given a larger budget, or more importantly, if it had received Rings of Power's massive budget. I would argue that this isn't necessarily the case, as if you look at Game of Thrones the first season was produced for MUCH less, proving that good storytelling doesn't necessarily need a massive budget.
