Its Ironic How They Would Mess This Up Since This Game Has One Of The Best Sound Designs When It Comes To Engines In All Of NFS. With A Simple Cosmetic Sound Mod (That Doesn't Touch Performance) This Issue Has Finally Been Fixed.
