There Is a CAP For Blueprints In Gotham Knights. 300 Per Type: Suit, Melee and Ranged. After you Reach 300 Blueprints Each, You CAN'T Get ANY MORE Blueprints. At the Moment There Are ONLY 2 Ways To Delete Obsolete Blueprints After You Hit Level 30 In Gotham Knights. Start A New Game + OR Enter Heroic Assault For The VERY FIRST Time.

BUT There Are Conditions You Must Meet To Avoid The 300 Blueprint CAP WHEN You Enter Heroic Assault For The FIRST Time:

1) You MUST Be Getting Level 60 Blueprints In The Open World. So, it will Take a Bit of Grinding. Enemies Level Up With Your Gear. After You Hit Level 30 In Your First Playthrough, Enemies Will Level Up Quickly where they Will Drop Blueprints AND Mods At The Level they Are. Before You Know it Just by Doing Open World Crimes You'll be at Level 60 Enemies and Reaping the Rewards.

2) For Some Reason AFTER Entering Heroic Assault, Blueprints That I Had More than 250 of Would Delete. Blueprints that I DID NOT Have Over 250 of DID NOT Delete. WHY This Number? I Do Not Know. All I Know is, it Took a Bit of Trial And Error Redownloading My Cloud Save Discovering this. Once I had Figured Out that I Needed Over 250 Blueprints of Each Gear Type, ALL 3 Types of Blueprints Lower Than Level 59 Were Deleted. I was then Able to Save Back to The Cloud AND Back Up My PS5 on a USB.

3) This Will ONLY Work Once with ONLY One Character. So it is Best that it is your Main. As they Will have the Most Blueprints. They Will be Doing the Bulk of the Grinding in the Open World to get to Level 60 Blueprints & Mods BEFORE they Enter Heroic Assault.

4) DO NOT Use Your Main Character In Heroic Assault Until the LAST Level! When You Start Heroic Assault, you Will Get Lower Level Blueprints Starting At Level 25 All Over Again. It is Best to use your LEAST Played Character and Let them Bloat Up with Blueprints. Keeping Your Main Clear For the Last Level of Heroic Assault Which Rewards Level 60 Blueprints and Mods.

5) These Conditions Are RIDICULOUS. BUT Unfortunately are the Best Way to Avoid CAPPING Blueprints with your Main and Breaking the Game.

Note: I have Not Finished the Main Story yet. As I have Quite a bit to do before I Start New Game +: Unlock ALL Momentum Abilities For ALL Knights, Capture ALL Most Wanted, etc...

I Hope this Works for Knights out there in a similar situation. It is at least some Type of Solution. A VERY CONDITIONAL Solution. But A Solution. Please let me know and the Devs If This Does Not Work. Bottomline: There SHOULD Be A Delete Option, it's that Simple. But we just have to Wait til the Devs Implement One.

I have Faith this Bug Will be Fixed in the Next Patch. It's a Genuinely Refundable Game Breaking Glitch if It's NOT Fixed Properly. As it means the Game has a Time Limit. 300 Blueprints and You're Done! Missed Out on Legendary Blueprints Forever? Too Bad! Yeah...that Doesn't Sit Well with me.
