Why challenge yourself when you can just grind resources for hours then buy whatever upgrades you need to make the game easy. After playing the first floor a few times I decide the fastest way to upgrade things is to just run through that floor as fast as possible, send all the materials up to town and then die. Then just repeat that until I have everything I need for armor and weapon upgrades, plus the town upgrades like the blacksmith and church. I can do all this while never having beat the first boss. As you might guess this isn't as simple as I thought it would be. Heroes Of Hammerwatch gameplay with my commentary as always!
