11It's usually not a great experience to wake up somewhere unexpected. Anakin Skywalker knows this firsthand (second hand, really... he lost the first one). There was probably a galaxy full of people that pre-scuba gear Darth Vader would've rather woken up to rather than the distinctly discomforting grim visage of the Phantom Menace, Darth Sidious, Emperor Sheev Palpatine himself. Baaasically Star Wars' own grim reaper just with more wrinkles. But hey, at least his resolve has never been stronger.
