8The move where zombies sprint, lunge, and grab/tackle you doesn't seem to be working in the PTR at the moment, so all they can do is walk up to you, then stop, and then try to grab you. Normal walking speed is fast enough to avoid this though, so as long as you're walking away from them, you're safe from regular zombies.
It reminds me of that instagram video of the toddler girl trying to pick up the older dog's leash while on a walk. She'd walk forward until she's close enough to grab the leash, slowly bend over, and, in that time, the dog has walked enough that the leash is out of reach.
