Project Warlock has Awesome Comic Book Style Graphics that look Incredible, with Bold, Black lines outlining the Amazing Action, and is backed by an Epic Soundtrack that drives your Forward, towards more Delicious Slaughter!
The sound design is Excellent, and the Weapons hit with a satisfying Crunch, Blast, or Boom; it makes them, and the player, Feel powerful, like a Force to be reckoned with. Additionally, each monster has their own sounds, both when they appear, and when they die, so sound can act as your "third eye" in viewing your surroundings.
Gameplay wise, The game is fast, and bloody, think Heretic, Hexen, Blood, or old school Doom, monster closets and all :)
You Lvl Up your character between missions, upgrades your stats and your weapons or spells depending on what you like. RPG Mechanisms present and accounted for.
I'm Playing on Hard; cause that's how I Roll; we will see if I regret this later :)
