Where to Find 11 FREE Legendary Hacks in the Early Game | Cyberpunk 2077 Netrunner Guide
512A no-spoiler walkthrough showing you where to find datamine access points that can drop all of the best Quickhack programs in the game (access points that say 9, 10, or 12 Intelligence Required) -- you DO NOT need Bartmoss' Legacy, so you can get these below 20 INT, just 9 or 10 INT will do. And I even found three access points that drop legendaries for only SIX intelligence, so finding ALL Legendary hacks early in the game using this method is not only possible, but pretty easy! I even found 3 more datamine locations for legendary hacks that NEED ONLY 6INT!
Datamine Virtuoso perk in Breach Protocol does help, but is not necessary. I showed the locations for all access points you can grab just after The Heist when you can first start exploring Night City to farm these amazing quickhacks on a beginning character build--with 3 of these needing only 6 intelligence! So you can build a stupid character who somehow Forest Gumps their way through Alt-tier netrunning -- have fun :D
Visit these ELEVEN Legendary Quickhack locations on a beginner character and become an incredibly OP netrunner in the first 10-15 hours of the game. Many, many more 9+ INT access points show up later in the story, so you can get all legendary hacks eventually using this guide. However, you will get duplicates as invisible drops that seem like nothing, so the more of these you get, the more difficult farming the last few becomes -- so be choosy with those first 6 quickhack picks (aka one full cyberdeck loadout).
