To get the medicine you have to go to Delver's Row.

The medicine is in a secret room , to open which there is a secret switch. To detect the switch atleast one team member needs to have a sufficiently high perception.

Perception can be temporarily increased by consuming a few items. There is a Trader in Delver's Row who sells herbs that increases perception temporarily. Once you have sufficiently high perception, you can open the door and take the medicine.
