I noticed online guides were still missing this very useful collectable, so here is a quick video guide on where to find the 2nd Shape of Life upgrade in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (the 1st one is unmissable)

1. Go to the mansion from any of the teleporting doors (I used the one in Gestral Village)
2. from the main entrance, take the left staircase
3. find the low hanging painting and jump through it, Super Mario 64 style!
4. Collect the item in the room full of Dog paintings
5. Go to a flag (or the caretaker if early in the game) and upgrade it

Now you can revive party members with even greater efficiency!
