The Gluttonous Monstrosity - Lu Hongliu boss can be found up the steps and through the large wooden doors at the top of the village next to Shu Sanctum.
While you don't technically have to fight this boss to move on in the main story, we recommend taking them on in Wuchang Fallen Feathers to put yourself in a better place to take on the next big boss you'll face.
