This is technically Fallout 4.
However:
- The ambience is straight out-ish from Skyrim.
- The HUD is from Fallout: New Vegas
- The ambient music is a mix of TES III IV V exploration tracks
- The radio playing at the cat lady's shack features Wolfenstein Youngblood songs
- Dogmeat wears D-Dog's sneaking suit from Metal Gear Solid V.
- The VATS sound is the Reflex Mode from MGSV as well.
- The pip-boy is the 2000 MkVI from FO76.

This video, while originally a small relaxing walk in the forest, properly illustrates my philosophy about Bethesda games, Fallout in particular: don't mod them to be exclusively lore-friendly. mod them to be something you enjoy, the dissonant anarchy of designs eventually coalesces into an unexpected personal beauty.
