Something to ponder on is how do exit guards think of my arrival. Knowing that the enemy has reached the exit means that whoever friends or masters the guard had at this point has long since departed. Having to take on this one person alone might be the most courageous thing in their minds, or very foolish.

Of course, we're still taking HD over here. That one guard would still have a chance to succeed, very much so.
