Why A Way Out's Josef Fares doesn't want you to call the game "cinematic"
At E3 2017 we spoke to Josef Fares, founder of Hazelight and the writer/director of A Way Out. A Way Out was one of the surprise hits of the show, generating a lot of buzz thanks to its innovative approach to co-op gameplay.
Josef talks about the focus on split-screen co-op, the distinct personalities of the game's two protagonists, and the reason he doesn't like the word "cinematic" when it comes to videogames.
