When it comes to Twitch, we often have this routine of spending the first few minutes surfing around, seeing who’s streaming and deciding on what kind of vibe we want to be a part of. And a crucial part of Twitch’s appeal is the ability to jump from personality to personality and to be comforted by routine or surprised by something fresh and new instantaneously.

And holy hell were we surprised, when on a random Sunday in September, we threw on Pokimane, expecting well...Pokimane. And while a version of Pokimane was certainly streaming, it was a version I wasn’t expecting, a version that sent us down a rabbit hole to a community I barely knew anything about. V-Tubing.
