Why Bethesda REMOVED SEXUAL NPCs in the Elder Scrolls
Featured in the "making of" documentary for Oblivion, was a far deeper & robust "intelligent radiant AI" than players ever saw in the final release.
Although, the NPC’s would briefly showcase a few darker traits. The trailer follows Estelle Renoit drinking a marksman potion, practicing her marksman skill, and interacting with her dog, Thunder.

Todd & the gang would later reveal in the presentation that Estelle, feeling flustered after firing on her canine companion, would then make sexual advances on the player much to the developers delight.
In the final game, Thunder is not present nor are Estelles sexual stirrings.
However, there are remnants of the tech demo still found in Estelles house.
When you approach Estelle in her book store & ask about rumors in Chorrol, she will talk about her eating habits.
And I know what you’re thinking… there’s no way she ate her dog, Thunder. But the developers have purposely added a Dog rug skin in her bedroom.
As icing on the cake, instead of a potion of marksman. There is now a weak potion of luck as no one is getting lucky & I agree that's weak but also a potion of endurance beside it.
Admittedly I’d have loved to have seen the depths of the Radiant AI’s nuances that were cut no doubt to technical limitations & NPC romance, which is probably more of a rating issue as Oblivion was arguably the beginning of mainstream Elder Scrolls Titles
