why Bow Rapier build is so bad now? | New World
57Bow damage got nerfed along with hit boxes, to my eyes it looks like arrows fly significantly slower than before. Rapier is good only for running away from danger. Most players play with medium/heavy armor set, unlike me with bis boltcaster build, doing only about 2k DMG. Playing with a bow got tedious.
Competing against VG/SNS/HATCHET in said armors is near impossible. As for the fire staff, it is an AOE weapon that can be used by someone with a blindfold on their eyes. Meta weapons got either ridiculously nerfed or didn't get nerfed at all.
I won't be joining a team of people only spamming their LMB blindly or using gold to change my build, I'll come back after some meaningful changes. Maybe.
