Why Did Gears Esports Die?
Gears esports has officially ended. Some may be wondering why it's ending now, while others are probably surprised that it was still even happening. I may not be a hardcore/ranked player, but neither are most of the spectators of popular esports. If Gears failed to capture my interest, who else is it failing to capture...and more importantly, why are they failing to capture this audience? In this video, I aim to answer this question from the perspective of an outsider - a casual player who has never really gotten overly involved in esports.
