In a market where even the biggest automakers are struggling to see major growth in their EV efforts, with many dialing back on their electric ambitions, smaller EV makers are in an even more precarious spot. Fisker announced earlier this year they were facing a challenging year, cutting 15 percent of their workers. And now, Fisker has announced they're pausing production entirely and could end operations altogether unless they can get a much-needed cash infusion.
