Why I'm having issues recording currently (November 2016)

As evident with my previous TWBB LP episode (episode 4), I've been having issues keeping a decent framerate while recording, whereas normal gameplay is perfectly fine. I've tried everything from messing with optifine, betterfps, and fastcraft settings; to altering the Java arguments and resource allocation; to reducing the recording quality and bitrate. Nothing I've done seems to fix the issue, so until I figure this out or upgrade my rig to be able to handle recording Minecraft videos, I'm afraid the TWBB LP may have to be put on hold.

I do apologize for this, I'd love to keep up with the episodes but I can't put up content I'm not happy with. What bugs me the most is this just started recently, and I'm not sure what caused it. I won't give up though, so don't worry. I'll get this fixed and get that series back on track.

For those that are curious, my computer specs are as follows:

CPU - i5 3570k @ 3.2GHz
RAM - 16GBs
GPU - NVidia GTX570 HD 2.5GBs VRAM
OS - Windows 10 64 bit
HDD - WD 2TBs @ 7200RPM
