The Xbox Live service has been around since 2002. I've had two accounts since then. My first account was only for about a year or so from 2003-2005. A short time later in 2006, I created a new account and it's been the one I've had ever since. Now, in early 2023, I've decided not to renew, even though I still play my Xbox Series X. Let me tell you why.
