Go to Settings, tap on Battery, and see if the Low Power is activated (it is if the switch is green). Just move the switch to disable it. If the live wallpapers stopped working, the first thing to do is to restart your device. ... To do that, go to Settings, click on Wallpaper, and now tap Choose a New Wallpaper.
