Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, known in Japan as Garou Densetsu: City of the Wolves (餓狼がろう伝説でんせつ Cityシティ ofオブ theザ Wolvesウルブズ, lit. "Legend of the Hungry Wolf: City of the Wolves") and officially abbreviated as Fatal Fury: CotW, is a sequel to Garou: Mark of the Wolves. It was the latest entry in the Fatal Fury series since 1999. It is the ninth game in the mainline series, but only the seventh canonically in terms of story.
