The internet wasn't fine before Net Neutrality and it won't be fine without it.

You can't count on companies to regulate themselves fairly with a social responsibility like they want you to believe. They haven't done so in the past and will not be doing it without regulation in the future.

Especially in rural areas where you can't choose and pick which internet service provider suits your needs best. You can often only pick one and will get stuck with that one and its policies regardless. Data caps, higher prices, slower speeds for certain areas / customers will probably be a thing. As there's no real competition but a monopoly there's no market reigning in those companies.
