Why didn't Shimo go after Godzilla once she was free from Skar King's control? Even though Godzilla had imprisoned her alongside Skar and the Great Apes, Shimo didn't seem to hold a grudge against him. Sure, she fought him fiercely, but that was only because Skar was pulling the strings with his control crystal. Once she was freed, she didn't try to attack Godzilla again or show any signs of aggression towards him. Maybe she respects him because he's the King of the Monsters, or maybe she's just smart enough to know that it wasn't Godzilla's fault she was locked up—it was all Skar's doing. So, it seems like Shimo and Godzilla are on good terms now.
