12Starfield is the first new IP from Bethesda in over 20 years and is the next major flagship release for the Xbox ecosystem. Starfield is an interesting case where it manages to feel ambitious in its undertaking and, at times, outdated in its execution. It is a game that will be divisive among many but offers much to love the more you engage. Starfield is, in many ways and more significantly in the areas where it counts, a Bethesda RPG through and through with a fascinating yet grounded Science Fiction universe with a distinct NASA-inspired look and feel. Starfield is also a game that deviates and leans harder into new territory, offering more simulation and management aspects to their game than we've seen before, taking the outposts of Fallout 4 and amplifying them to a whole new level. What will make or break Starfield is how it approaches exploration and just how many different forms of exploration there are in Starfield when you break it down. All things considered, I loved Starfield, but you may or may not, depending on what you expect from this game, and that's what this video intends to do, which is lay it all out so you know if Starfield is what you're looking for.
