Victorious on TeenNick ended their previous episode and when to commercial break, then showed the next Victorious episode until the theme song, then again went to commercial break rather than showing the next scene. So, that's a commercial break error:
1. 1 time after the episode is over
2. 1 time after the TV show theme song
3. And 1 time after about halfway through the episode

Instead of like the older days of Nick:
1. Halfway through the episode
2. When the episode ends
