Sorry this got a bit long, it's mostly just intended for AOC. Also, something that I didn't mention in the video, libra, the PS4 rep, didn't even have any topics for the first meeting. EDIT: Libra's response for why she didn't have a topic (it's in the comments but I'm putting it here for visibility):

I would like to clarify why I didn’t have a topic. The first meeting was supposed to be an introduction and to welcome new members, and as someone who was already AOC last year, I wanted to give the new members more space to speak up. we also had a short notice of being allowed to put suggestions. Not to mention I had personal reasons in real life where I got really busy, and we had a short notice of being allowed to put suggestions... Just because I didn’t have a topic just this once, it doesn’t mean I will never have a topic for whole term. Keep in mind I never missed a topic in AOC 20."
