I noticed that the rate of fire of The Last Word in D1 was identical to a few other handcannons, but clearly didn't fire like them. That's down to the exotic perk; Fan-Fire. D2's The Last Word will have the same perk, plus some added benefits! I talk a little bit about how the perk is what gave tlw it's popularity in D1 and assure you guys that in D2, tlw will perform just as well, if not better!
