I really do love my boy, but man did Arc System Works and Bandai Namco really do him dirty...

As I pray they give him a crumb of a buff in the upcoming DBFZ balance patch, I talk and go over what I think are his main issues and what I think could be given to him to have him be viable at the top level of play.
