Some reason Valve thought it was great idea to restrict people by paying at least $5.00 a month or year just to be sure if the person is not a bot.
If you want to stop bots, then why not try to go after people who's been making these bots?
Though the f---ed up part is that some people actually make bots to help other player's to get more items like in TF2 for example.
