Why We Got The Switch OLED-Worth The Upgrade? What About The Steam Deck?
101The Nintendo Switch OLED will be available on October 8, 2021, and it costs $349.99. It means the Nintendo Switch OLED costs $50 more than the standard Switch model although the new Switch only costs $10 more to manufacture than the original. Though the internals remain the same, a vibrant new 7" OLED screen, double the storage, an Ethernet port on the dock, better speakers, and a less crappy stand make some notable upgrades. If Nintendo ever releases a Switch Pro it might turn the tables on Valve. But for now the Steam Deck looks to be the better portable console, at least in the eyes of fans.
