This talk creates a paradigm shift in how we see men as part of the discussion and solution in the way that women are treated. Alexis Jones has spent nearly a decade speaking in women’s empowerment with a nonprofit she founded and book she authored called “I Am That Girl”.

She has created a new company and sexual assault and harassment prevention curriculum called ProtectHer that brings the remaining half of the audience to the table. ProtectHer is not the pep talk men are used to hearing- it brings to light the role model men who already exist, cultivates empathy and man's innate need to protect by personalizing the message and bringing everyone together with the challenge of redefining manhood.
