The Staff of Arcane Blessing is a magical staff in Baldur's Gate 3 that can be found in the secret basement of the arcane tower. To get there you will need a ring from Bernard, that once equipped will reveal a hidden button to descend to the basement.

Once the Staff of Arcane Blessing is equipped it gives the wielder the bless spell, that has an additional benefit of granting an extra 1d4 to attack rolls done with spells.
