One of the most underdiscussed features of the OG Xbox is it's vast widescreen support. Games never directly tell you if they support it, you need to use TV settings to properly utilize it, and online sources frequently fail to mention the method of widescreen a game uses. In this video I test the Xbox Dashboard along with 6 games from my personal collection to showcase the variety in methods and difficulty in determining if your game is ACTUALLY widescreen.

Xbox Dashboard and Monkey Ball are the only two that are completely widescreen.
Burnout 3 + NightFire are True Widescreen excluding menus.
Incredibles, Pac-Man World 2, and Spongebob are Cropped Widescreen, meaning some of the top and bottom of the screen are lost.
And Spongebob uses your resolution setting to determine if it'll display in widescreen.
