This is metroid prime only for the Wii (JPN) ver speedrun.

The route I used this time is the one to get X-Ray early.

However, I was very bad at bomb-jumping across lava, so I solved this problem by getting the Super Missile first.

You don't need the spider to get the plasma beam, but I took the spider first because I couldn't handle this technique very well.

This solves the problem of not being able to replenish power bombs in the lab by opening the way to the mine first.
